We are LEED accredited professionals, and love to think about the long term life of the project. Work Terms

We prefer to work with either a full set of information (drawings, photos, and instructions) or to have permission to make aesthetic and design choices - depending on what works for you. If you have specific ideas in mind, great. We'll make your images and drawings look just like you imagined. If not, we can work with you to visualize the space in as much detail as we need.
We pride ourselves on coming in on time and on budget, and like plenty of notice for changes. We can do rush jobs, but we'd prefer to have enough time and notice to do it right.
We work either a flat or hourly rate. We expect a 25% deposit to begin the project, and the remainder of the fee within 30 days of completion.
