Another amazing Guru! Susan knows Salesforce.com extremely well. She answered my questions and had fantastic tips for how to optimize our company's use of this tool. She also walked myself and two colleagues through customizing it, by screensharing with us, which was very helpful. She is very technical but knows how to talk to those of us who are not. A true pleasure to work with.

Excellent work. Very knowledgeable about CRM systems like Zoho and Salesforce. After learning a bit about my business, Susan was able to proactively change how we structured the data in Zoho, as well as updating a case study and launching an email newsletter. Highly recommended.
