Work Terms

Payment methods: Payment in stages with reviews in each stage. The number of stages depends on the size of project. Accept checks or guru payments.Communication: Step by step support and communication, so we have tools to collaborate remotely such as webex, skype, and campfire.General availability: Monday - Friday: 9am to 7pm. Response to emails within 48 hours. Feedback / endorsement terms: Feedback on tailwindweb.com/feedback and/or on facebook wall. Grace period: 30 days free maintenance after the completion of project including minor content changes.
