Work Terms

As a Tomato Graphics client, you'll receive the benefit of my 10 years of design, copy writing, and editing experience. I have clients are located at a distance from my studio, so am experienced and comfortable working via phone, email, FTP, and PDF. I'm professional, responsive, fun and easy to work with, and good at taking direction and asking good questions to ensure development of the best final product.

I have some flexibility in my daily schedule, so can generally accommodate yours. I'm on Central Time (GMT-5), and am available most days M-F, 9–5, (other times by appointment). I check my email frequently, take phone calls, use Skype, and respond promptly to each message.
I use Guru's SafePay Escrow service. A deposit of 50% will be required to begin your project. An agreement detailing the terms of the project will be sent for your signature and return once the project is awarded. Payment of any balance due is required before final files are delivered.
