I am just newly offering my SEO services. My main abilities in SEO is shown from the success I have done for Google search results on 4 of my own sites.
http://www.landincorporated.com The search phrase on this is "land for sale" which is very competitive with over 20 million results. My site is new and several months ago I was not in top 1000 on that term but with intensive SEO work we are now number 7. That is along side sites that cost millions to develop and been active for several years.
http://www.godsschool.org This is a small site I made for a relatives charity. The main search term is " Christan School Nicaragua" . I have it number 1 for that term on Google.
http://www.naturalproperties.com My real estate site. The main needed search phrase is," forestry real estate" as that is what we do there. I have it number 8 on Google.
http://www.buyruralland.com A small portal site for Land Incorporated I made recently. The primary search term is " buy rural land" and we are number 4 on Google.
As you can if I can do these for my own sites I can do it for yours. I am willing to work and be paid on results .

I will work based on results. I will work on your SEO to move you up pages in Google base don a single primary search term or phrase.. I am to be paid for every page I increase you in Google search results. That is if you are now number 145 on the page 14 results for than search phrase then once I get you to page 13 I get a agreed fee, to page 12 another fee until we hopefully get you to page 1 or close as possible. A bonus for a page 1 result would be good added incentive if you are open to that.
Main point is if you do not see SEO results in a certain period of time then no payment! No risk to you.
The setup I plan is.
Determine a fee per page move-up.
Time period.
Review your site and ranking now and establish that point in writing.
Start off site SEO work.
Make suggestions to you or your developer for onsite SEO within your site.
Stay in touch with our daily and weekly results.
All SEO work is to be white hat and allowable by Google to best of my current knowledge. I will not do black hat SEO on my or anyones sites.
