1. Payment through Guru on all Guru jobs.
2. Clear explanation of assignment's goal; target; dissemination method.
3. 50% payment upon assignment; 25% upon first draft; 25% upon second (final) draft.
4. Response/notes must be prompt--- within 10 days from receiving delivery of draft.
