I need a highly experienced CSS designer to create several web pages from my photoshop files. Must work fast to deliver. The design is minimalistic, utilitarian look with very very few graphics (Think Craigslst but more esthetically pleasing). This is an application for classified ads.
Most pages are 2 or 3 column liquid layout.

1 category page
1 ad detail page
1 page of process of posting new ads, which contains 7-8 simple steps
I have 4 photoshops files for each of these pages. For ad posting process, you will be given access to the application in development and create all the steps based on the design -- I do not have a photoshop file for each step but it is the same layout just with different forms.
You will create pages in php, but no need to do any programming. You do need to create include files for navigations and modules, and put together the layouts with include files.
Layouts must be compatible with IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
Please provide urls to see previous CSS works. Only applicants who provide sample and describe his/her CSS experience/level in details will be considered. Please also describe the type of warranty (support period) that comes with your work.

Looking For A WordPress Guru! I am seeking help with converting a layout design in Photoshop (PSD) format into a working WordPress blog (basically create a blog using my own artwork). The blog will need to include the usual categories/primary navigation, archives, and search capability. I also want to be able to insert clickable 300x250 ads on the right side of the page. Again, I have a complete mock-up created to show this. The blog also must include RSS capability... ability to feed data to our other websites.
