Work Terms

I estimate the total hours needed to complete a project and charge half up front. I expect the remainder upon completion.

If the project is terminated prior to the halfway point I return half of the down payment. If the project is terminated after the halfway point I keep the down payment and the client keeps the completed work.

Work beyond the estimated hours or work that is beyond original scope of the project will be billed at a price agreed upon prior to project commencement. This is usually $65 per hour, billed in half hour increments.

Further work terms are based upon type, turnaround and special conditions of the project.
