What are Employer statistics?

Summary statistics of your activity on the Guru.com marketplace are displayed with your project postings to give Freelancers some insight into your working relationships before they submit quotes to you.

The data displayed are your total payments, the number of projects you have posted, the number of payments you have made for projects, your average pay time lag, and your average feedback rating from Freelancers you have paid.

Your billing code and Loyalty Dollars data are not made public.

What is the “average pay time lag”?

The average pay time lag is the amount of time, on average, that passes between invoice generation and payment. In the case of SafePay, it is the amount of time that passes between a SafePay approval request being generated and the payment being approved.
