Dispute Resolution (SafePay Users Only)

We provide dispute resolution services when,
  • The payment was made via SafePay.
  • There is still a minimum of $25 yet to be paid to the Freelancer.
  • You attempted to resolve the dispute with the Freelancer.

If you're not satisfied with the project work completed, you can ask the Freelancer to issue a refund. If he doesn't comply, we will provide Mediation and Arbitration services to assist in resolving the dispute.
