We provide dispute resolution services when,
  • The payment was made via SafePay.
  • There is still a minimum of $25 yet to be paid to the Freelancer.
  • You attempted to resolve the dispute with the Employer.

We do not provide dispute resolution or collection services for unpaid invoices. Nor do we provide dispute resolution assistance for feedback disputes.
