Guru Invoicing
How does Guru Invoicing work?
Like SafePay, Guru Invoicing allows you to accumulate customer and earnings statistics to improve your Total Marketing Score, secures your financial and tax ID information, and facilitates the giving and receiving of feedback.
Unlike SafePay, we do not offer dispute resolution assistance with Guru Invoicing. Guru.com cannot assist you with unpaid or disputed invoices through Mediation and Arbitration as those services are only available when using SafePay.
Use Guru Invoicing only if you already have an established working relationship with an Employer.

To pay an invoice, the Employer must,
- On the top navigation bar, click “Payments,” and click “Manage Invoices.”
- Check the box(es) to the left of the Invoice ID number(s).
- Click the “Pay” button.

What is a billing code and how do I find it?
The Employer’s billing code is a unique number given to each Employer on Guru.com. You must know your Employer’s billing code to create Guru Invoices and SafePay requests.
To find the billing code, on the top navigation bar, click “Projects.” The billing code will be listed under the title.
If the project has not yet been awarded to you, you’ll have to ask the Employer to provide you with the billing code. The Employer can find the billing code on the Dashboard page of his or her account and in emails from Guru.com.
