A 2.95% payment processing fee is deducted from each payment to cover credit card and PayPal fees as well as costs to collect and process the payment.
The total fee deducted from your payment will be either 7.45% (4.5% project fee + 2.95% payment processing fee) or 11.95% (9% project fee + 2.95% payment processing fee).
For example:
- Your Employer pays your $100.00 Guru Invoice.
- We subtract either 7.45% ($7.45) or 11.95% ($11.95) from your total payment amount.
- Your payment of $92.55 or $88.05 is credited to your cash account.
