Search for Projects in your Skill Category. Then, submit Proposals for those that match your capabilities or to which you are invited. Leverage your prior work history and subscription membership to optimize your opportunities over time.

Once a Project is Awarded to you, start the relationship off right with Guru's SafePay Escrow Service. Create a Project Agreement to settle on shared milestones and terms. Request a payment deposit upfront before proceeding with work. The payment is held in a secure account pending work completion.

Communicate your progress regularly with Project Management tools and Message Board features. Collaborate online or off until the Project is completed to satisfaction.

As completed work is approved by your Employers, Escrow funds will be released to your SafePay Account. Withdraw payments by a method of your choice: direct deposit, PayPal, prepaid MasterCard, check and wire transfer are available.
