Today, he acts as the Innovator, seeing the new paths Guru.com will take to continue to lead the industry in quality and provide users with an optimal experience. He is a Strategist, planning and analyzing every move, avoiding pitfalls and ensuring success. His strong work ethic and perseverance in bringing his concept to fruition and breathing new life into it daily makes him a strong Motivator. As the Company Promoter, he addresses many audiences; spreading the word of the dynamic and cutting edge platform he has created to meet the needs of both Employers and Freelancers worldwide. He is a dedicated Talent Acquirer, keeping a practiced eye out for the individuals who will turn his ideas into reality. In his spare time, he fills the role of the Leader of Company Operations, overseeing the daily management of Guru.com and the diverse and talented team that drives its successes.

Andrew designs the company's software architecture which includes the high level structure of the system, all system components, and component relationships. His main goal is to manage system complexity and translate business strategy into technical strategy. His abilities to understand complex business problems and to create abstractions of business and technical concepts aid Andrew in this demanding role.
For Andrew, a great day at work starts with a good cup of good coffee. After that, he looks forward to designing or coding new features that work and pass all tests. He believes that Guru.com presents a new and interesting concept of a marketplace for freelance talent that is changing the way people work on projects and collaborate with each other. He finds it fascinating to be a part of this process, as well as to develop real technical solutions for this dynamic business domain.

Stacy manages the User Support Department. Her previous analytical and support roles have provided her with the skills she needs to successfully lead her team. Her department fields all user questions, concerns and suggestions, providing one-on-one assistance when needed. User Support actively monitors and analyzes possible fraudulent behavior, taking corrective action as necessary. These observations are used by other departments to create future safeguards. She employs her strong financial background while overseeing all aspects of marketplace transactions. She also provides dispute resolution services for members who have opted to use SafePay Escrow. In addition, Stacy provides valuable input for and assists in developing all software documentation.
The challenge of creating and implementing innovations to bridge the gap between service buyers and sellers globally inspires Stacy daily. She also enjoys actually getting through her "To Do" list.

Heidi manages the development, execution and analysis of email and print marketing campaigns, as well as pay-per-click marketing on Google, Yahoo and MSN. She is also in charge of maintaining all website content including resource articles, online videos, the help center, web landing pages (for marketing), the corporate blog and interface text. Heidi has an affinity for leveraging the web to acquire new customers efficiently and finding more meaningful ways to communicate with existing customers.
She enjoys the fast-paced, constantly changing environment as well as the quality and fundamental ethics with which Guru.com conducts business. Her favorite days are when new major features are taken live. She loves to deliver service and web-product improvements for customers that help to eliminate process pain points.
