I have lead two small cap companies through the process of becoming publicly traded companies on the OTC market. I coordinated SEC attorneys, auditors, market makers and PR firms. I prepared and assisted in preparing many of the filing documents. I served as founding CEO for a food and equipment distribution company, supervising a conceptual invention through the patent processas well as the engineering and production process. Also supervised the development of related food product that was distributed through major food service distributors in conjunction with proprietary cooking equipment.I also served as founding CEO for a restaurant franchise company. Supervised, in conjunction with franchise attorney, preparation of FDD (disclosure document).
