As a business coach, I work with established business-owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs & CXOs & help them grow their business, make more profit, create engaged & productive team and develop systems & processes. This enables the owners/top-management to free up their time which they can devote to pursue other interests or start a new venture. I look at a business from the 'seven-spokes' perspective viz. sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, innovation & management and coach the owners/top-management on whatever it takes to move the business forward. My clients are from diverse industries like building-material, pharmaceutical, consumer-electronics, interior-designing, financial services, jewellery et al. I give 17 weeks guarantee of my work. In other words, if results don't come within this time period despite implementing the learnings, my coaching is free till the time results start coming. I do my coaching face-to-face or online via skype & zoom. I have been a business coach since January 2016. Before that, I worked in various capacities in sales, marketing, HR & operations in multi-national organizations across various markets in India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan.
