> ‘Hands-on’ Sr. Quality Assurance/ Program/ Project Manager with 20+ years of experience in software testing, business process, custom and commercial software application development projects > Plan and direct all software testing activities including forecasting, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, daily/weekly/monthly metrics and reporting to project executives and clients > Responsible for additional management activities including budgeting, change management, risk management, scope of product releases, and procurement of resources > Successful completion of numerous ‘project turnarounds’, ‘process improvement’, and software development projects. Completed all projects within estimated time frames and cost estimates > Proven abilities to implement standard product development methodologies, Software Development Life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies specifically focused on software testing, project management, business analysis, implementation, and migration of software to commercial production release > Experience in the analysis, recommendation, procurement, and implementation of tool sets for Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and Project Management in conjunction with software development life cycle methodologies and business processes > Experience in business and technical environments; the management of client relations; the management of local and distributed, National, Global, and off-shore development and software testing teams; and working within project teams consisting of business and technical personnel from multiple departments, countries, and continents > ‘Hands-on’ experience within all project roles including QA manager, QA analyst, software tester, project manager, program manager, business analyst, and implementation manager > Experience with a variety of project team sizes ranging from 3-55 full-time resources > Proven abilities to motivate any size organization to achieve success.
