For example:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How do you motivate a team?&nbsp;<\/li><li>How do you build team unity?&nbsp;<\/li><li>How do you maintain productivity?&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, we will answer those questions so you can learn how to manage a remote team quickly and efficiently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips for Managing a Remote Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following tips will help you manage your remote team. When used collectively, these tips can make a big difference to your team\u2019s overall productivity. And just as important, they will build team morale and promote a positive work environment, which will improve employee retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Schedule One-on-Ones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may not have done this in the office, but it\u2019s a good idea to schedule one-on-one calls with each team member, each week.
