About

Experienced back-end php programmer

I'm a freelance PHP developer working remotely from Whitehall, PA (about an hour north of Philly). I've been a programmer for the last 25 years working on many different projects and with many different languages. I stopped working for several years to raise my children and now I am doing freelance PHP/MYSQL work. I've been working with PHP/MYSQL for almost 8 years as well as Html/Css, Javascript, AJAX, Jquery, and the CakePHP framework.

Work Terms

I work between 20 and 30 hours a week usually between 8 am and 4 pm est. I prefer to communicate via email so I have a record of the conversation to refer back to at anytime. I prefer hourly jobs over fixed price since it's really hard to nail down requirements with clients and I find it works better if I can program and they can see what it looks like and revise as needed.
