I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and I have over 5 years experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Canadian customers. I also have over 3 years experience in Medical Billing and Account Receivables Collections for US Medical Claims Campaign with strong skills in claims follow up on denials from Federal insurances like Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, BCBS, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Semi Government, Managed care and Commercial Insurances (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Oxford, etc. Apart from that, I also have 2 years experience as Virtual Assistant for U.S. Clients assisting with U.S. Umbrella Insurance Policy.
