HR professional with more than 5 years of experience as a generalist. Experience of working with startups and small, medium enterprise also.

If given opportunity,capable of adding value to company’s HR functions including, but not limited to: Employee Engagement and Motivation, Performance Appraisal, Salary Administration, Policy Manual and Labour law compliance for multi-state operations.
Proficient in following HR functions:

Employee Engagement and Motivation:
• Suggesting and implementing employee engagement activities which will empower employees and foster employer-employee relationship.
• Interacting with employees to ensure that they comply with company policies and procedures and successfully meet business goals.

Performance Appraisal:
• Designing performance appraisal process while making sure it is simple, less time consuming and with minimal paperwork. Deciding KRA and KPI for all profiles while working closely with functional heads of all departments.
• Providing proper training to employees so that they take the entire process of performance appraisal sincerely, gracefully and sportingly.

Salary Administration:

• Creating employee handbook which can be used for easy referencing of company policies and procedures and is a vehicle for familiarizing employees with the general expectations of the company, including acceptable and unacceptable behavior and disciplinary measures.

Labour Laws:
• Helping businesses comply with labour laws to avoid costly lawsuits brought on by course of employment. As labour laws amend regularly and it can be difficult for employers to remain up-to-date on regulations that affect the workplace.
