Hello, my name is Aleksandar Prodanovic, I live in Nis, Serbia. I started working from home 2 years ago, my first employment was as a CSR in a International Call center, we worked with clients from USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and South Africa. As time went by, i gained more skills, and managed myself to the position of Senior Supervisor. I must say i worked in wonderful environment, with great coworkers, and it was not hard to learn new stuff and implement them in my daily work. Working there made me fell in love with Customer Support, and work from home position. When I am not out there, making customers happy, I like to go fishing and diving. Those are 2 of my passions. Since I was little, my parents thought me that work shapes a man in his life. I love to work and most of all, I like to learn new things and accomplish my goals.
