Work Terms
Before creating the approval letter, I work with my clients to find out exactly what is required and how to get it done in the most efficient, cost-effective and professional manner. If it is a bigger project, I stay in touch with the client as work progresses to get feedback, and make adjustments to ensure the finished product is at the client’s expectations.
I communicate by email and through the guru workspace. I will occasionally use instant messages or skype calls at the request of my client.
I am available most days of the week from Sunday to Thursday during the day in Central European Summer Time . If you’re in another time zone, I will do my very best to accommodate times that are convenient for you.
Payment will be handled through the Guru.com SafePay system. I do require a minimum to be maintained the SafePay system to complete any project. I deliver an approval letter with a statement of Work, i.e. client details, specification of services, specification of deliverables, timeframe, requesting if applicable any client material, and financial provisions.
