My mission is to come up with creative texts, translate into English, Romanian or Italian, and deliver projects on due time.
Well, apart from my being an experienced customer care representative, which gave me the opportunity to train myself into becoming an organized, oriented towards the client’s needs, and resistant to stress person, I strongly believe my positive attitude and my determination to constantly learning, would always recommend me as a serious candidate for any job type. My interpersonal skills have always helped me keep a good contact with all customers and the departments I’ve worked with.
As you will see from my CV, I have graduated “Dunarea de Jos” University in Galati, section Journalism-English. The successful completion of these studies gave me a fully qualified certificate of translator/interpreter of English language. Even during the years spent at the University I have worked as a secretary for a consultancy company. After the graduation, I had the pleasure of joining a team that marked my life in the most positive sense. The Orange team, member of the France Telecom Group gave me the opportunity to discover and develop abilities I never knew I had. Working as a Cash Collection Representative I discovered I have a real enthusiasm for being always in contact with people, and I wish to transfer the interpersonal, communication and motivation skills I gained during those five years to a new level of career.
During the period I've lived in Italy, I've taken the time to do some personal development courses, improve my Italian language skills and I've managed to transmit my passion for the English language to different categories of people, by being a private English teacher.
