I am a business owner myself so I also understand budgetary, time and quality constraints better than most. I understand the challenges of being in business and bring a professional, understanding approach to all of my work.
My formative years were spent in love with music and singing. I was professionally trained and performed classical, choral, musical, pop and barbershop quartet music with equal joy. I attended choral summer schools at Eton under the instruction of the great Ralph Allwood and many other brilliant tutors.
My initial career though, was in telesales. I learned the value of a trustworthy voice and an appreciation for sales language and technique. From there I moved into sales training with instruction in NLP and other sales techniques.
Wishing to return to singing, I took it back up and sang professionally at national and international venues for the next 8 years. At the same time I studied and earned a BAhons in Creative Music Technology and Sound Recording. I started doing voice over and character acting at university and have continued ever since.
Soon after graduating I used that foundation of knowledge to further my learning of non linear editing for video and finally arrived at the fun and challenging world of motion graphics where I spend much of my time today. I gave up full time singing after the birth of my little girl and started freelancing, supplying websites and content for traditional and social media marketing.
I am a bouncy, enthusiastic character with a creative mind coupled with technical competence. I pride myself on exceeding expectations and I work very hard to ensure that I do.
Work Terms
I work Monday to Thursday.
Hours are flexible to accommodate international clients.
I include one set of corrections in my quoted price as long as those corrections do not exceed the initial brief. Additional work will be charged at the agreed hourly rate for the project for a number of hours agreed with the client before undertaking the extra work.
