I create bright, colorful images that can walk the line between child-like and pop culture. I especially like to work for children's media, such as books and clothing design.

My name is Amy Bouchard and I'm an illustrator living and working in New England. I like to create whimsical, character-based illustrations to be used on products, on the printed page and everywhere in between. I work primarily in digital programs like Photoshop and Illustrator to create my images. I start each one in my sketchbook and develop drawings to work from before taking them into the computer. I like to work with bright colors and quirky characters to create images that walk the line between child-like and pop culture. Because of this, I see my work being used for children's media such as bedding, clothing and books, as well as on products for the child in all of us.
