Through her work as a nonprofit leader and coaching specialist, human resource director and trainer, Andrea Briscoe has developed innovative strategic staffing plans and inspired recruitment initiatives. She has also created highly efficient performance management systems for various nonprofit organizations.

Andrea has served as a corporate human-resource partner and consultant for many elite firms, including KPMG, the (AICPA) American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Guardian Insurance and Merrill Lynch.

But what really sets Andrea apart from the rest is...

...her uncanny ability to help her clients overcome challenges, set goals and turn poison into medicine—because she has experienced this first hand in her own life.

Andrea was born with cerebral palsy and a leg-length discrepancy; at birth she weighed less than two pounds and was not expected to live. But live she did, and went on to conquer one challenge after another by participating in athletics, dance, and musical theatre.

She then went on to work in broadcast journalism as an anchor and reporter, as a model, and ultimately went on to graduate from law school as well as attaining additional degrees in higher education.

Currently, Andrea is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Baruch College, CUNY Graduate Center and at the Zicklin School of Management.

She received her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston, Mass.; holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from the New School; and is a graduate of the City University of New York Law School. She received a certificate in Executive Coaching from the iCoachNewYork in NY

I am available to work globally and have flexible hours. In the tri-state area on NYC I am available for in-person coaching and human resource and organizational development coaching and consulting.
