I am a life loving individual, highly optimistic, who wants to bring her knowledge and long term expertise in customer support, relationship management, business analysis & data management and marketing into play to provide high quality outcomes and hopefully long term commitments and collaboration. I have 6 years of experience working for reputable IT companies such as Hewlett-Packard and IBM and have recently taken the decision to ramp up my skills in freelance jobs, which are much more fitted with my open mind and love of freedom. I am a hard worker, who always puts herself in the shoes of the client, trying to understand and grasp their needs in order to come up with the best fitted resolution. I go the extra mile, I am highly involved in my work and I always do more than what is being asked, because I believe the quality of my results are my own personal brand.
Throughout the years of experience, I have implemented several improvement projects, among which a switch from an excel based data quality check process towards a built in salesforce.com approach, leveraging the tool's analysis functionality usage & adoption among the sales community and decreasing the pipeline discrepancies by more than 50%.
I have advanced excel experience and knowledge gained and developed in each of my past roles, where I implemented several performance dashboards,, for both sales and marketing.
I have been working in channel marketing for the past 2,5 years, as a program manager for the business partner led business, accountable for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and being a main point of contact both business planning and operational wise.
I have decided to switch the course of my life completely and bring all my skills and experience into something that will bring me more personal satisfaction and freedom.

Work Terms
I will be available full time, flexible and open for negotiating hours based on projects needs starting with 23rd February 2017. Until then I am available mostly after 17:00 CET, but I can work out my schedule as needed to complete any projects assigned, after working hours. I would like to discuss in private the hourly rate, as I believe it is strictly connected with the project specifics, skills & efforts needed. My objective is to become a trusted member of the freelancer community, in order to receive projects and deliver quality results, so payment is subjective. I am flexible and open for proposals.
