An "in detail" approach towards the perfect functional design

I am a passionate architect, with a bachelor's degree in architecture.
During studies, I started working at various architecture companies, trying to learn the job from the professionals. After finishing my studies, I engaged in various competitions, won a few prizes, worked for a few architecture companies.
Now, I have years of experience and I have perfected my 3D modelling skills - as I was always looking to create those realistic renderings, to better present my concepts.
As an architectural ideology, I am always aiming to create great looking shapes/spaces, that are functional.
I think I could call it "Reasonable Architecture".

Work Terms

My goal is to transit from being an employee to working as a freelancer, so no limits on working hours.
My fee would be somewhere between 15 and 25 $/hr, depending on the complexity and scale of the job.
