I started working in the BPO industry as an outbound sales representative and worked my way to becoming an order management subject matter expert in a span of 4 years and then stayed with my previous company for 9 years. At the time I have proven myself that things can be achieved if you have the ‘can do’ attitude. My achievements become sweeter when people you mentored also become achievers as yourself. I am the kind of person that takes on every challenge work/life brings me. I am resilient and very open to changes as this is the only constant thing in life. I also believe hard work entails dedication and passion in what you do. Even if it means that you go the extra mile just to satisfy your employer needs.
