My name is Angga. I am a native Indonesian speaker. I have been working since 2008 in many various positions such as:
1. Data Entry: I have to input costumer data such as Name, age, sex, address, city, country, zip code, mobile phone, telephone, job etc.
2. Verification: I have to make a verification data by phone for the credit card application.
3. Customer service and Call center: handling complaint from costumer by phone, E-mail, YM etc.
4. Administration: Salary and attendance report, employment database etc.
