Work Terms
Accept the agreement as is or discuss desired changes. If you wish to accept the proposal, kindly click the "Accept" button located at the top of this proposal. Please be aware that modifications to the project's scope can be accommodated at any point; however, additional charges may be applicable.
Payment:
For projects totaling less than $1,000, payment is required in full.
For projects exceeding $1,000, the following payment schedule is applicable:
An initial payment of 50% of the total project fee is due upon acceptance of the proposal.
25% of the total project fee will be invoiced upon completion of graphic design.
The remaining 25% is due upon completion of site testing and launch.
Upon completion of these steps, we will commence the project with a kick-off meeting, facilitating the introduction of relevant personnel and the initiation of preliminary project activities.
Additional Terms:
Payment terms stipulate that invoices are to be settled within thirty (30) days from the date of initiation. Any outstanding amounts beyond this period will incur an interest fee of 1-1/2% for each additional month.
