Ann-Marie Foerster was born in 1988 in Akron, Ohio and spent the first few years of her life in Tallmadge. During her childhood her family relocated to a small township called Rootstown. It was here that she went to high school. After a couple years pursuing graphic design at Kent State University Ann-Marie transferred to the Ohio State University. There she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine arts in Art and Technology in 2013. There she learned about video editing, 3D computer modeling and animation, and essentials to art like drawing, color, and drawing from life.
Interests of Ann-Marie's have been manga (Japanese graphic novels), video games, and animation from around the world. She enjoys having a varied skill set and working in new media or on different projects. She plans on doing independent graphic novels, animation, or games. Languages Ann-Marie has studied a little bit of include Spanish, French, and Japanese. She also plans on studying German and Mandarin.
Work Terms
Ann-Marie prefers working from home. The ability to travel is very limited at the moment. She can be reached by employers through email, instant messaging, or skype.
Have as much information ready as possible beforehand. This would include a time frame, what you want, references, and a budget. Progress images are sent at each stage of work. Half of the payment is due after any initial drawings and a color swatch palette have been approved. Work without a watermark, but with a small or hidden signature, is held on to until paid in full.
Work will be fixed until it reaches maximum client satisfaction. There are cancellation or rejection fees that depend on how far along a project is.
Ann-Marie assumes right to add all work to her portfolio and keep her name or signature on it. A signature could be excluded with a small fee. Payment rates are for the work itself. Corporate work will also need a one-time fee or a negotiable percentage of profits paid quarterly
