Work Terms

Before we work marketing magic together, let's get things organized and get you familiar with the terms below:

- The number of hours needed to complete the assignment as well as the hourly rate will be communicated and agreed upon ahead of the start of the assignment. In case the assignment requires additional hours of work to be completed such as when there are amendments to be implemented, you are entitled to up to 15% of the predetermined total number of hours, free of charge. For example, given a 10-hour assignment that requires 2 hours of additional work, then 1.5 hours of those 2 hours will be given free of charge.

- The total fees of the assignment are normally calculated as the estimated number of hours multiplied by the hourly rate. The total fees must be transferred within 30 days of the start of the assignment. Any additional amounts to be spent on paid media must be added to the total fees and transferred ahead of the assignment. For example, given a 10-hour assignment where the hourly rate is $15/hour and that requires $200 in paid media, the total fees are $350 where $200 must be transferred ahead of the assignment to be spent on paid media and $150 must be paid within 30 days of the start of the assignment.

- In some cases, I might need to work closely with other gurus in order to drive better results. In case any extra charges would be incurred, this will be communicated and agreed upon ahead of the start of the assignment. For example, in cases where the assignment consists of UI/UX consultancy, a specialist will be assigned and the additional charges will be communicated ahead of the assignment.
