Project Manager & Systems Analyst - SQL & VB.Net
I am an IT professional with 16 years experience in project management, product management, and software design and development. I have experience with the full software design life cycle. Most recently I worked as a project manager and systems analyst on numerous government contracts aimed at informing policy and program decisions. I have experience in budgeting, proposal writing, software design and development, and database design and development. During my roles on government contracts I have held clearances with the Department of Defense, the Department of Labor, the Department of Education, and the Social Security Administration. I also worked on a number of projects for the Food and Nutrition Services branch of the United States Department of Agriculture. I have also been instrumental in improving proprietary software owned by my employers or the U.S. Government.
