Excellent Customer Service and Data Entry Work

I am a hardworking mother of 2 children. I enjoy spending time with family and bowling. I recently graduated October 2012 with an Associates degree in medical billing and coding. I have over 6 years of experience in Call Center working as a customer service support including but not limited too; technical support agent, retention agent, data-entry and pre-install sales agent, sales manager. I also have completed work in data entry through previous employers and also online doing freelance work. I have essential software skills like using word processors, spreadsheets, database, and other related record management software. On daily basis I use my computer, internet, research and input data in the system. I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Word, Windows and many other software. I also am familiar working with all Google Docs. I am very reliable and you will be impressed by my thoroughness, decision making, and independence. My final product is results driven, I am a self- starter with skills such as: excellent time management, problem solving, great listening, excellent communication, excellent alpha and numerical data entry skills and very detail/focus oriented. I am overall a hard worker and will work diligently and efficient on any project I am given to complete.
