Nina had a fairly difficult task. She had to start transcribing midway in a relatively large meeting file with many speakers, making it hard for their identification. She not only got them all correct, but she produced a well-formatted transcript with excellent grammar. Highly recommended!

Nina is a professional who is more profession than a company which are prominent in all kinds of transcription service . When I give my project to a company, I found the quality are varied depend on who is responsible for your poject. There are also some hidden cost for the fees that charge you. Therefore, I take back my project from these companies and ask Nina to help me out. I found the result turn out bettern than those professional companies. It save my time and cost. Furthermore, I also get a better product from Nina.

The longer I work with Nina, The more merits that I can find from her. She always finish the work before dealine, and she never rush her work because of the deadline. My experience to work with some professionals here is that they usually miss the deadline for some reasons. Although I can understand that, it delay my research progress.
