Work Terms
When you award us the project and need to created Initial payment of 20%, we will accept it. Don’t need to release the initial payment immediately.
1. Initial payment: Creation of FRD (Functional doc), project execution plan and revision on it and confirmation. On it, then release the initial payment and create next phase-1 payment
2. Phase-1 20%: Design (necessary pages)/development, QA, Work update, revision if any, confirmation and release of phase-1 payment. Creation of next phase-2 payment.
3. Phase-2 20%: Design (necessary pages)/development, QA, Work update, revision if any, confirmation and release of phase-2 payment. Creation of next 20% phase-3 payment.
4. Phase-3 20%: Development, QA, Work update, revision if any, confirmation and release of phase-3 payment. Creation of next phase-4 payment.
5. Phase-4 20%: Development, QA, Work update, revision if any, confirmation and release of phase-4 payment
