Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant & Office Manager with more than 25 years experience.

For many years I supported high-energy partners of both large and small firms and daily interacted with clients, other firms, and courts. I managed multiple calendars which entailed scheduling court appearances, depositions, meetings, etc. I typed, proofed, and revised legal documents, authored correspondence and first drafts of legal documents, performed legal research, organized new cases and discovery, and maintained filing systems.

As an office manager I managed complex Access/SQL database, created databases, queries, and reports, analyzed data, and supervised on-site/off-site data input staff of approximately 20 people.

I am detail oriented with excellent proofreading, editing and writing abilities.
My computer software skills include Windows 7, MS Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), WordPerfect 12, and my typing speed is approximately 80 WPM.

Work Terms

I am retired and prefer to work only a couple of days a week; however, which days do not matter to me.
