b. Position:- Programme Finance Officer Leh, Ladakh. from 21st Sept. 10 to 14th Nov. 10.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support to project partners by supporting their accountants and monitoring financial procedures and reporting through periodic visits. Responsible for maintaining regular reporting requirements in consultation with finance /programme officers /coordinators, providing management information on budget utilisation to the programme coordinator and Finance Officer.
c. Position: Admin Secretary- Kosi flood recovery programme-Bihar, from 1st April, 2009 to 30th June 2010.

Work Terms

Daily 6 hours for 5 days in week, I have personnel 4G connection and Laptop. I shall work from Home presently I am based at Kolakta which is capital of Province West Bengal In India. My remuneration can be transferred to my India account via Paypal and Pay U account. I have account in those money broker. I can work after my official work as per Indian time. I have experience of operating excel , Tally , Busy etc software. My main roles in the present position is periodocal reporting like Fortnight, Monthly , bimonthly and Project report to the Donor. And also the other report as per requirement of donor and senior management. Managing project report to the management/donor for releasing of fund etc.
Managing procurement of Materials /services to the different site single handedly.
I am managing 10 warehouse by sitting in single place. Controlling Delivery of materials at site as per requirement of management /work site.
Lastly capacity building of staff at different staff of different project and new comers.
