PAYMENT/ESTIMATES
CLIENT agrees to pay NATASHA JAPP in accordance with the terms
specified in each proposal/estimate. Unless otherwise specified, all
remaining balances are payable upon art approval. NATASHA JAPP may
refuse completion or delivery of work and associated rights until past
due balances are paid.

OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES
Fees for professional services do not include client-requested
purchases such as, but not limited to, printing, stock photography,
special fonts, or shipping...
