Rapid Prototype Design, Mechanical Engineering, 3D Modeling, 3D Printing, and Project Management
I strive to provide high quality engineering services that will ultimately meet or exceed all of your requirements. I cater to anyone regardless of experience no matter if you just have an idea and a napkin sketch or a full production level 3D model you need 3D printed.
As far as my experience, I have both my bachelors & masters in mechanical engineering as well as my PMP(project management professional) certification and have worked for a large US engineering firm for 8 years. My experience resulting from this covers practically all aspects of a project and product lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to prototype design and manufacture, reverse engineering, root cause failure analysis, detailed production drawings, mechanical engineering & design, 3D modeling and project management.
Additionally, I am well versed in 3D printing as I personally own two machines capable of printing in ABS, HIPS, and PLA plastic. If you have a model you want printed I can quickly analyze it and print it often within days of receipt. Other services I offer include the design and modeling of parts specifically for 3D printing.
Work Terms
I am typically available most evenings and weekends and am somewhat flexible as far as hours but am currently striving for no more than 10-15 hours per week. I am available for face to face meet ups if local, and also via phone, email, skype, etc...
