My greatest strengths are in fundraising, crowdfunding (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, etc.) and social media marketing.

I have worked as a:
1. Membership Director- acquired and maintained membership by outreach to potential members through marketing techniques, the commission of advertisements, and using the Internet and social media. I kept records of the membership, was tasked with collecting dues and addressing the concerns of members to facilitate solutions and their continued association with the organization.

2. Marketing Director- developed and implemented the Brand strategy. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products. Oversaw implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. As a queer, PoC that included ensuring that marketing materials were diverse.

3. Development Director- planned, organized, and directed all of fundraising including, the major gifts program, annual fund, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns. For every organization I worked for I raised more money than any of my predecessors.

4. Executive Director- responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization, which included managing committees, staff, volunteers and interns as well as developing business plans in collaboration with the board.

I am able to put together successful year-end fundraising plans and increase social media footprints across several platforms.
