Claudius-Cole and Partners, (C&P) as a name was originally registered in 92 with CAC. and later in 09 Incorporated fully. A registered firm with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria AFR/342 since 22nd November 2000.
Currently with teams of Services Engineering Consultants and Structural Engineers we are capable of rendering all Consultation Services in the construction industry with a reputation to build upon.
Today, we use most of the industry's latest software primarily:-
Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, Graphisoft's ArchiCad, Vray and Lumion.
Other Rendering and Modeling Packages:-
3d Studio, Rhinoceros, Vector Works, Solidworks and Landscaping add-ins to complete most of Planning and design Proposals.
As an individual, I personally manage these teams and will remain the points person on this platform for all jobs.
We currently have a couple of on going projects locally in Abuja, but certainly not enough to deny our on-line employers from engaging us.
We are mostly interested in large scale projects although those quick wins are my personal favorites. The Engineering Services is preferred when turnkey, but even small ones can be firmed out.
I am the Principal Partner or CEO if you like of the firm. I am able and willing at short notice to deliver Products, Landscapes, Building Designs by Modelling, Drafting and Great Presentation Services to our Employers 10 Hours minimum a Day Six Days weekly all year round. We can accept the lowest Bid when offered which means $5 an hour, starting from $25. If we get retained for long term, it will be exiting and rewarding to both parties as we place service above self. We are after all Rotarians.

60 hours weekly extendable to 75.
Hourly rates as agreed per task.
Extended hours per day: 2 hours.
Currently portfolios now included and increasing.
Tests will soon be taken.
