Nomis Project Management, LLC was developed because I love to develop and implement projects based on CEOs' new ideas. Companies cannot always afford to hire a FTE to manage special projects, so Nomis Project Management makes sense. I come in, develop projects based on your ideas, and then either manage the implementation of those projects, or implement them for you. This allows your busy teams to focus on what they do best (their jobs) and not on trying to get projects done that don't necessarily relate to what's going on day-to-day. Additionally, I ensure that the project stays as close to the CEO's vision as possible by building a great relationship and checking in regularly.
