As Team Leader in a shared service center, We are responsible for managing a staff team, training and supporting staff members, allocating workloads and tasks.
A full stack developer is capable of performing tasks at any level of the technical stack in which they reside. It means:
Front-end code in one or more languages, e.g. Asp.Net, C#, MVC, AngularJS, MSMQ, HTML, JavaScript, SSIS, etc.
In SQL Server database: Understanding, creating, manipulating, and querying
Project management / client work, e.g. gathering requirements, creating technical specifications and architecture documents, creating good documentation, managing a project timeline (e.g., someone who knows Agile/SCRUM/Kanban)
Work Terms
We also liaise regularly with other Team Leaders to discuss company procedures, standards and goals to ensure that my team operates towards all of them.
We have also experience of quality monitoring, assessing outcomes and devising new systems of work to improve efficiency.
