Chienyuan is industrious and diligent. He researches the problem and prepares a test setup on his home network to make sure of his solutions before he even comes to my office! Excellent work ethic. His command of English is not perfect, but if he understands the problem he works on it diligently. Good skills.

Chienyuan has a good understanding of Linux system administration as well as a very thorough understanding of the tools available and how to use them. He has always been prompt, courteous, and self-motivated to do the best job possible. It is a little hard to understand his English, but he still manages to get the ideas across and to work successfully in the Linux environment. I would recommend him highly.
