I studied at Riga French Lyceum for 11 years. That gave me a great foundation, work ethic and high standards for my work.
I always knew I wanted to be in the creative industries, so I move on to study Fashion design at Riga Design and Art highscool (2005-2009). This scool gave me a very high level of academic art training as well as strong basic understanding of composition, design principles, but in a very decorative sense.
After my initial studies I realised I'd like to study more in depth, varied and conceptual understanding of design for which there are few better courses to take than the BA Design at Goldsmiths, University of London (2010-2014). I spent 4 years living, learning and working in London. Had my fair share of life lessons, tough times, incredible, unique and invaluable experiences.
I returned to Latvia since I had a great job in the biggest theatre in Latvia that I started a year earlier while still living in London. I have a lot of experience working remotely (even currently) and can ensure potential employers of my efficiency and responsibility. I have always delivered my work in time and according to high quality standards.

Meanwhile I have always loved photography and have been doing commercial, product, creative, editorial, event and probably every other type of photography out there. I love working on projects, I am very comfortable retouching and editing my own or other photographers work, since I get to do that quite often in the theatre I currently work at.
I am an open, spirited and energetic person! I love creative projects, yet I always appreciate traditional values, user friendly solutions and conformity when necessary.
Work Terms
I am open to communicate via email or other web communication means. During work on a project I require everything sent to me in the most precise manner over email, some process Q&A is fine over chat. Presenting of ideas and work is mostly best over video call to allow for clear and direct communication and easier discussions.
I generally require ~30% advance prior to starting work on a project, but terms can be discussed.
Payment can be calculated based on work hours or decided in advance based on project.
