I specialize in taking over projects in distress. My experience in product & departmental management positions, project management, and varied industries helps me rapidly grasp the shape of unfamiliar processes and use your expertise to gain a thorough understanding of the deliverable(s). My goal for our first meeting is for both of us to be confident that I know exactly what needs to be achieved and when it needs to be completed.
I have loved computers my entire life and technical work is as natural to me as breathing. I am a born planner and, as a result, I can accomplish tasks quickly and with few iterations.

Work Terms
I am currently employed full-time; as such, project work will be performed evenings and weekends. I can take meetings during the day if needed. I am extremely reliable and communicative, and will ensure that you always know the status of the project and the delivery expectation for each milestone.
Regarding payment, please expect to pay 50% up-front and 50% upon my delivery and your acceptance of the deliverable(s). For time & material projects, I expect an initial payment for 8 hours and ongoing payments in 8-hour blocks. For larger products, I am open to any terms that protect our respective interests.
